Oh- the power was out in Croydon, but I was still heading out to evening church, and my Grandma (who is an old Presbyterian with objections to choruses) said with a wicked gleam in her eye: "If the power is out in Mitcham, you'll have to start handing 'round the hymn books" mm. see also: “worship? we can’t worship! we’re not at church!”
