Yeah, he was pure evil and prob deserved to be punished, but by killing him are we any better than Al Qaeda? I personall feel as if we are writing another hypocratic chapter in world history. Like the Jews killing the Son of God, or Even the Indians vs the Cowboys. Just another rivalry where in reality, both parties completly agreed with each other, but had completly different methods of dealing with the situation at hand. I agree totally with this! If it was a war situation and Saddam was killed in the process of the fighting, then so be it. I don't believe there is such a thing as a "just war" but the reality is that wars happen and people die as a result. But, Saddam was a POW. He was executed for crimes against humanity, but was a POW nevertheless, and I'm sure something in the Geneva convention (or something like that) says that POW's are meant to be cared for. He was no threat to anybody while in custody, but now that he is dead, I reckon his legacy is more dangerous than he would have ever been were he left to rot in gaol. Indeed!
