Cartoon Reflection: On the Beach
Published by Matt Glover November 27th, 2006 in Cartoons & Cartoonists
My folks took me on a beach holiday to NSW when I was a kid. Superb beaches, but we couldn’t swim in any of them because of all the jellyfish - I’d never seen so many in my life, I don’t think I have since.
Anyway, as summer approaches, this cartoon came to mind. Anyone pick what beach it is (hint: It’s in Victoria…)
Torquay?
aeries inlet.
Both in the right direction…
The Beach near Port Campbell. No idea what it’s name is
Lorne?? Nice cartoon anyway…
Nice work Dave. It’s a mixture of Lorne with a bit of Barwon Heads thrown in. Two of the beaches I spent heaps of time on when I was younger, skinnier and had hair.
