This one appeared in teh wordpress dashboard the other day, looks good.
WP Plugin: Corrector Spell checker plugin for Wordpress that uses a combination of Aspell and Google Spell checker. One of the major benefits of this plugin is that you can spellcheck in various different languages. See screenshots for a better idea of functionality.

ABIWord auto correction, and Windows auto correction help desk wizard also - (windows 98), replaced on XP by word oad, not as good although the correction function works fine, or a dictionary!
I really really really like spell bound for firefox- you haven’t experienced the joy of the internet if you are still using internet explorer. Any text you input will be nicely spell checked, it’s a lot like Microsoft Word’s checking, a red underline.
