man- had me for a minute, but the age headline kind of gave it away. If you had done the local Maroondah paper you might have really scared some people. Bummer my parents are coming home soon, I could have really scared them! or I could just hold it up my sleeve… (mwa hahahaha)

Nothing against Hillsong really. I’ve never been there and had very little contact with anyone who goes there regularly. Any opinion I have is based purely on second hand knowlege and so isn’t worth that much.
I did have a problem with Brian’s book, “You Need More Money” but it seems to have been taken out of print. Perhaps a rethinking of attitude/theology or both? Or perhaps a caving in to the criticism he received becasue of it…
Anyway, I’m all for a diverse expression of church - we need the big as well as the small to reach as many as possible. When either starts thinking of themselves as the only way is when the problems start.
