A rare (and bad) attempt at political cartooning. Australian Prime Minister, John Howard, rushes anti-terror laws through parliament. There's a huge outcry about restricting human freedom and so on.

A few days later a major terror cell is brought down in Melbourne.

Is Howard justified? I don't know, but at least we now know why there was such urgency.
